The technical issues made the process difficult. There were no updates from the site to my email. I had to keep asking for status. I used Quicken loan about 10yrs ago for rental property. The technology made the process seamless.
What made my experience great ; is that I had a great team that really helped me along the way with purchasing my first home. I truly thank you all.
