Having to send difference people the same information. Being informed at the last minute of changes.
Last minute rushing to get loans docs finalized. Changes in timing for closing. All very stressful in place of what should be an exciting experience.Ashley was great at communicating with us after hours but someone else dropped the ball.
Ashley is the most responsive out of lenders I have worked with. Although things got a bit hectic near closing, Ashley was able to deliver for us and went the extra mile, which is greatly appreciated.
