The whole Team’ efforts and Mrs Ashley was Just wonderful! She is a very amazing person I hope to work with her again and closing went very well thank you Ashely.
The whole process was easy from beginning to end which was very appreciated.

If I called she would answer or get back very quickly
Communication with the agent was great, but once we started dealing with the financial folks it took multiple calls to get a response to questions.
I was not too happy with Paige Nance she gave us wrong information on our monthly mortgage scared the living living daylights out of me quoted us $100 higher I felt she owes us an apology also at the end I asked her when was our first mortgage...

Very straightforward & seamless process.
Everyone was great about making sure we got all the information we needed and worked quickly to get everything done as quickly as possible.
Ashley was very responsive and extremely professional but her team was not!! Calls were never returned by Kim, Paige was cocky and unpleasant and the communication from those two was awful to say the least.
Very friendly.
