Process was easy and fast. Only issue I had was originally told a rate but then documents had a much higher rate that was lowered after complaining but not to the originally stated rate. I don't know that I got a very competitive rate.
Good communication, easy to reach with questions and very responsive. Appreciated the updates throughout the process.

Communication was not great until 2-3 weeks prior to close. If I had questions it would take a day or two to get a response.
