The underwriting process extended the process longer than it needed to be. The requirement to send me checks to mail to pay off accounts added unneeded time to pay off those accounts as if I'd been given the money I could have paid everything...

Honestly felt like all the costs (specifically the points) to refinance with PHL weren't fully covered until deep in the process. I would have gone with another lender's offer that had a slightly lower interest rate if they had been. My costs...
