I was extremely pleased with the whole process dealing with Planet Home Lending
The attention to details and the professionalism from all parties involved
Running our credit twice and getting pay stubs twice was not ok. Having to take vacation time to sign papers was not ok either. The process took forever and we almost said forget it. Buying our house was much easier than refinancing it!
It would of been better if it didn't take so oing to get through the process. Also having to run our credit twice and getting pay stubs twice was annoying. It was more of a process to refinance the house than when we bought it 9 years ago.

More communication, letting people know how it's going, return calls, this time process took 4 months much longer than I had to wait other times
