Easy and efficient
Arnold was horrible, he was rude the whole time until my husband got on the phone, his attitude changed. Although I kept on getting different #’s that fluctuated by a lot, two of the managers from there made the experience better.
The process was fully explained to me and I was kept abreast throughout.
Of the day of closing it was pretty frustrating. Lots of miss information going around. But at the end of the day we got it done.
If I would have had someone that was hands on instead of all those E mails.
Easy for a mortgage process.
Arnold was readily available and returned all my calls on time
