I would have like to get a little more communication during the process. I didn’t know if I was approved/denied I had to call to get updates and next steps.
I will be writing a scathing review on line for obvious reasons , find out why from Cassandra Brown.
Arnold was very helpful with the whole process
Speed, ease, always there to answer any questions, but rarely had to ask because it was already covered
