Arnold was always available with any question or concern I may have had and explained the process clearly so there were no surprises. It sometimes felt as though the process was too easy.
Arnold was very helpful and quick to answer emails and respond to voicemails. He helped us through the process with enthusiasm.
I felt this was very pushed. I was annoyed with receiving multiple calls and emails. The closing was rushed initially with no consideration of our schedule. We got back from vacation to do closing and someone was supposed to come to the house....

Very easy process with great communication!
