April was able to keep us on track with all that needed t be done despite my crazy schedule and my inability to access my phone and laptop all the time.

April (and the rest of her team) were easy to get a hold of. They had transparency about closing costs, and in the end, the final amount was less than I had expected because they had given slightly higher estimates, meaning no bad surprises...

They worked hard to get everything to close on time. Took calls after normal working hours and explained anything we didn't fully understand.

You never hesitated to answer all of our questions even if we ask them multiple times and you are always able to respond in a timely manner even after hours. You maintained a good attitude and never really made us feel dumb :-)
