The communication was great. April Janas even answered my question in the evening when she was off work. Also, her team worked well with her. The rates were good too, compared to other lenders.

Jana and her team were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive … they walked me carefully through the process and were helpful with my many questions, including when I had to rescind an offer. When I found my forever home I think they were...
