This lady knows her stuff! She works as if you’re family. Highly recommend this wonderful professional.
Agent never returned calls or replied to my email. Her assistant said she would contact me asap. Never contacted me. Sold house within 2 weeks with another realtor.
Denise Brom was very helpful through the sale of our house. She was always quick to respond and always kept us up updated on the flow and process of the sale.
I highly recommend working with Shayla! She was always quick to respond to our questions and home buying needs. It was a great experience working with her.
We worked with Sonia to sell my mom’s house and everything was very smooth. I’m sure the hectic market helped too, but Sonia made this tolerable and any interactions with her just always made us smile. Use Sonia!
Abril was there for us all the way. We knew we can count on her not to miss any little detail. I already referred a friend who is looking to buy a house in Austin. Thank you!

About
April's passion for the real estate industry began at an early age. As a child, she toured new construction with her father. She bought her first home at the age of 20 and successfully turned a profit within the first year; she moved into investment properties 2 years later. By the age of 27, she had already flipped 10 properties and purchased her first multi-family complex containing 24 units. She created Modern Custom Homes, LLC in 2006 which led her to building a commercial construction company, G Contek, LLC, and managing 53 employees. She was responsible for several essential projects for the City of El Paso as well as El Paso Water Utilities.
