Communication was prompt and informative whether over the phone or email. Anthony was very personable and pleasant to deal with and the whole process was extremely well organized and streamlined.

Very responsive and professional any time I contacted them (Anthony D'iorio, Bryan Lueders, Lori Mahler, Jennifer Larrivee). Easy process to e-sign documents. I highly recommend them.

Everything is fine overall, but unexpected last-minute new closing payments were added to the closing costs. However, the deal is still manageable if you have enough savings or gift contributions from others. That said, phone communication...

Staff at highlands mortgage should beable to retrieve information for the loan versus the purchaser having to do the loan work for them. Also Anthony left a very unprofessional voicemail on my husband’s phone regarding the payment of the staff...
