Everyone worked hard to make sure we understood how the mortgage worked, they were friendly,easily accessible and followed up regularly to keep us informed and see if we had any questions overall it was a very positive experience

Lisa worked hard from our first meeting to make sure we understood every aspect of the mortgage and Debbie followed up weekly to update us and was available for any questions we had along the way. Overall it was a very positive experience.
This loan product was new to us, but it was explained beautifully at purchase, the required counseling was helpful, and all the information i received from multiple parties was always consistent.
