The people on your staff made the whole process very easy. Bill Cavanaugh and Debbie Terry were always ready to answer all of my questions. I know I am leaving out some names, but everyone was very helpful all the time, anytime!!!

Every question we had was answered quickly. Communications were excellent. HECM is a complicated concept to understand, but your team did an excellent job clarifying it for us.
