The platform is seamless. Rates are fees are great. All around great experience
Everyone on the team was helpful and with this being my first Kind loan, it made the experience great.
Common sense underwriting and condition review time was good. The only negative is the wait time for initial underwrite and the wait time between CTC and final balance. Other than that, great experience! Thank you!
