The process length and documentation that is need to be able to obtain this loan need to be explained a lot better from the beginning

Thanks for your feedback Alexander and yes single-close constructions can be a lengthy process especially on Tribal Trust land
The services were great. The staff that helped me purchased the home assisted me with open arms. They are all easy to work with and the communication is great.
