Everything went smoothly with Angie. The only problem we had was a delay with paperwork because deadlines were not explained well or at all when working with her assistant. Just emailed to me and told a day later

Process took way to long. Was constantly required to go get new payoffs because it was dragged out. Was required to provided information and documents that should not have been required for refinancing a home we have had for almost a decade...
