Outstanding service. She made the process very easy.
The communication was good. We were informed about everything and she answered all of are questions and was very helpful!!!
The team was always willing to help and were flexible as situations changed to ensure the best outcome for my family and I.
Even though the time of year was very hectic and even internal office problems our service was good. Communication via email or phone calls was very good and she moved our loan process up as quickly as she could.
Everything went smoothly.
1st Tribal was great to work with. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. They gave clear instruction and guidance through out the entire home buying process.
There was not clear communication, consistency, and reliability with submitting of secure documents. There was a lot of misinformation shared & resubmitting of documents in an unsecured way.
