The personal connection Angel made with us and the feeling of familiarity even though we were complete strangers
I transferred from another lender and Angel took care of everything. He was great to work with. Very professional and explained all that I didn’t understand and more.
Angel did not help and did not communicate. He never answered us but we had to ask our realtor to contact him everytime. I understand being busy but at least say that and not just ghost your customers.

Yes, it was a great experience to work with Mr. Angel. He was very knowledgeable and favorable.
Angel was great until it came time to explain our closing disclosures. We were sent several and weren’t told that our down payment was reduced on paper to adjust for the MIP. It caused a lot of confusion and almost delayed closing.
