I bring over 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, specializing in self-employed borrowers and clients with variable income, as well as investment property financing, VA loans, and first-time homebuyer programs, including down payment assistance. I’m passionate about helping people achieve homeownership and making the process simple and easy to understand, especially for those who may feel overwhelmed. My deep knowledge of agency underwriting guidelines allows me to create outside-the-box solutions for complex scenarios. Outside of work, I’m a surf instructor and active in the surf community, often spending time on the coast with my wife, Dani, and our Golden Retriever, Bowen.
