Communication
Andy did what is necessary to make the deal happen smoothly. We have a great business relationship and he will be getting repeat business as investment opportunities become available in the future.
Then ending of this experience could of gone a lot smoother. Choosing a closing day that wasn’t so close to a holiday would have been a easier process. And not having to feel rushed with more needed paperwork prior to the closing date.

I’m passionate about helping people achieve homeownership and making the process simple and easy to understand, especially for those who may feel overwhelmed. My deep knowledge of agency underwriting guidelines allows me to create outside-the-box solutions for complex scenarios. Outside of work, I’m a surf instructor and active in the surf community, often spending time on the coast with my wife, Dani, and our Golden Retriever, Bowen.
