    Would not communicate with me as the only person on the loan. I would assume the reason was because I'm female. Would only communicate with my husband. Did not let us know every needed for the loan which delayed our closing at least a month....

    Andy should know what he needs to close a loan in advance so he doesn't have to call on a daily basis for information and have to beg and plead for a time and date for closing. Very unorganized!
