More engagement, and answering more of my questions would have been nice. We also went over the quoted amount, and got a higher interest rate than other options, even after getting promised that we could get the rate quoted us by other lenders....

I got a mortgage pre-approval through my bank. And then they just left me hanging. So when I found a house, I was told about Andy through a realtor. Even though I had a thousand questions, Andy answered them without leaving me hanging for days....
