The loan officers worked hard to process my loan but were always in a hurry to get off the phone. I often hung up needing more information.

The handoff between Cross Country and the property law firm was unsatisfactory and included an incorrect previous version of the CD as well as other communication gaps that we the clients had to spend time ameliorating.
