Great communication even when things got complicated. responses to emails with questions. It was a long process, but I knew it was going to be.

The time to close was tight in this case, and Andrew's team could meet the deadline. Also we changed our mortgage type pretty late in the process of application, and the team was kind enough to allow us do that. Overall it was a good experience....
