I had it all. Self employed only 1.5 years of w2 employment history extremely low credit. IRS tax return issues. If there was a hurdle to be had I had them but he addressed them all and got me to the finish line.

Andrew is very knowledgeable and is a top notch expert. He guided me through each step of the process and closed the home equity loan VERY quickly!!! He also saved me ALOT of money compared to the other lenders I looked into!!!

I had a great experience with Andrew. After I thought all my options were gone with a very low credit score Andrew came through for the win. Answered phone calls/text messages immediately and even answered questions on weekends.
