We did not have to wait for a response to our questions. The e- signature was very convenient, except I could not upload my own signature which is typically allowed.

I liked the electronic signing and the progress. I would say that the one thing that could be better would be to allow for personal signatures in Docusign. We already have special signatures there, so it would have been nice to use them as...
