Amy was very nice but not very informative. My wife and I both felt we had to initiate the majority of the communication involved with our loan.
I had not purchased a house in 20 years and things are very different now. Amy was very considerate of my lack of knowledge. She is a pleasure to work with; despite the rude sales person we had to deal with in Florida.
