Very professional
Throughout the 14 months from initial application through closing, Amy has been wonderful. Really a godsend for a nervous homebuyer with a bunch of questions during a pandemic, I just really can’t say enough great things about Amy !!
From the time I started my application process to the end, it was smooth. Very little was needed from the underwriter because Amy made sure I had the necessary paperwork upfront!
Communication
Despite the rush of mortgage business, Amy was able to communicate her timeframe for responding to
my questions. Matt Howell was very helpful in assisting Amy especially as it related to uploading documents.
Amy was there to answer all our questions.
Amy is always reachable to clarify any questions we have. As a first time homebuyer, I believe it is very important to have someone on your side who can guide you on financials. It was very helpful!!
