Amy kept us informed about our mortgage process thru closing. She was easy to reach and responded promptly with any questions we had.
She’s also a neighbor in our new home subdivision!
Amy’s knowledge and friendliness—great combination—and not always easy to get both in one person!
My only suggestion is for the team (other than Amy) be sure to check the file & previous communications to make sure you have the most current information prior to contacting the client. That way things are not duplicated.
Amy was always available whenever I needed her and would explain every little detail to help me understand the process.
