Nothing Amy did wrong. Just our overall experience with our first loan originator leaving and not really knowing what was going on made things confusing for us. I wouldn't say we had a bad experience but I wouldn't say it was great either.
Felt I should have been better informed on rates and process of locking rates
Amy did a great job getting the new construction loan processed and closed on a timely basis and we were able to lock in a great interest rate!
Communication was poor, deadlines were consistently not met
