The whole process was indeed efficient. Anytime we ran into an issue, there was an immediate solution from Katina Banks, or Drew Miller. I have no issues with my experience.
Amy was not easy for my clients and closing attorney office to contact. Closing time she told my clients they would have 1 last doc to sign and it might not get there until midnight. Inexcusable dropping the ball and her not following through....

Communication is incredibly important especially as we’re getting closer to the closing. When I or my clients have additional questions Amy seem to be difficult to get on the phone.

Silverton crossed the line of demanding information that are beyond the normal scope. They even asked for information that does not exist such as guarantee income for the next three years and Clergy Housing Allowance guarantee for three years....
