Amy Downey

Ease of process and Amy is always available 24/7

Poor/lack of communication, disorganized, almost made me lose my deal.

My dealings with Amy Downey and everybody at Radius went very smoothly.

Didn’t appreciated how Amy Downey

great service and responsiveness by my loan officer during the application and loan process but we had a bumpy closing

I’ve never had to jump through so many hoops or been asked to provide information that for a mortgage that radius asked for, the process was long and overly burdensome. I wished I went with the local bank I used last time I refinanced.

The ease of the process

Some of the underdrivers did not know what they were doing and asked for items that did not exist.

I am still awaiting the identification of the bank we will be financing through to set up automatic payments and end the process.

My dealings with everyone at Radius, especially Amy Downey were tremendous. I was met with cooperation, enthusiasm and competence when I dealt with every single Radius employee.
