I’m Ameroy Cotton, a mortgage loan banker who’s here to make the home buying process feel less overwhelming and a lot more exciting. I walk my clients through every step, so they feel comfortable, informed and taken care of from start to finish.
When I’m not working on loans, I’m focused on my favorite role-being a mom. I love giving back in ways that support kids in our community, whether it’s volunteering to help support kids in foster care, advocating for Safe Haven Baby Boxes, or just creating more ways for kids to grow and shine. My family is the reason I do what I do and at the end of the day, helping families, whether mine, yours, or the ones around us, is what matters most to me. Everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
