Very easy experience. Wasn't at all like the ball of terror I was told to expect from getting a mortgage. It just got done easy peasy.
Closed 3 days late resulting in $600+ of extra moving cost. “On the bright side” she told us our first payment would be due November 1 instead of October 1 because of the delay. They didn’t properly update a form in the loan package signed...
