Communication could have been better at times. We sent many of the same documents to 4 different people so just felt a bit disorganized at times. Overall happy with help and direction through this process.

Amber was always very helpful in trying to get our construction loan processed. I had to call for numerous things and if she was not available, she returned my call within a reasonable time.
