Alison and her team were readily available and eager to answer any and all questions we had during the process. They always checked in and made sure that we were feeling confident in our decisions.
Process went very smoothly, no surprises or hiccups. Initial vibes were very positive and communication was great throughout. Can't think of a single negative thing that happened, which is what you'd want when buying a home for the first time....
