There was miscommunication over the total closing cost calculator which resulted in the cost being about $10K over what I initially thought to expect. This was caught about halfway through the house search process but it was still daunting....

The whole team was so nice and always quick to respond for anything we needed. They walked us through everything , even when people were on maternity leave we were easily transitioned to another person who was just as great!
