I feel my loan was an outlier and we had a lot of out of the normal things to get past, Ali conquered them all, even when things were tough!! I've used her several times for other loans and refinancing & that will not change in the future.

Efficient. That is the most important thing to me. We got clear to close weeks early and it gave the buyer, who was selling simutaneously, peace of mind. Great experience.
