Very good experience.
Alex stepped right in after I had been dealing with other lenders who let me down. He was available whenever I needed him and explained the whole process. Would recommend Alex and his team to everyone.
At the beginning of the process, access to the portal and documents was difficult, Alex was patient and helped to find plan B for submitting the required information
