Overall, Alex was good to work with. However, there was several incidents around credit bureau reports where she made me feel that I didn't know what i was doing. She did work with me on several other issues and the outcome was great.

Everyone was very friendly, professional and easy to work with! Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion . Would recommend them to anyone .

Info shared was vague even when specifics were requested regarding the length of my loan lock. Actions regarding the loan rate lock and extension were taken without providing options or securing an approval. Very little communication.
