I had a great experience with the team at Kind Lending on my purchase loan and would recommend them to other loan officers!
Good experience!
1. The initial turn time (for initial approval) was longer than I expected. Turn time matched publication but not what I imagined.
2. Getting the file to condo review was more reminders than expected.
