    Signing off of items for the file is a constant 2 to 3 days. This creates issues when you are up against an expiring lock. This did happen. I can understand initial underwrite, but additional docs is a bit too long.

    The initial approval always has escrow/title conditions even though they're provided at initial submission (the purpose is to have a cleaner approval).
