Alan Kline was very open and honest about the entire process. Always communicating with me and clearly explaining everything I needed to do to obtain the loan. I speak very highly of him and will always. He is a fantastic LO.
The biggest concern for a someone taking a loan is interest rates. Even though some events are unforeseen, but they could be forecasted and timely communication would make a big difference even when those adverse events happen.

The process was extremely streamlined and no question was a dumb question. I feel like I knew what was in front of me whenever I had to sign or make a decision, and I could ask if I had any questions.
