The process went very smooth. My only issue was with concierge service . They was not good at following up.

She was very fast to get back to when I had a question or when I needed to send her something. She stayed on top of the file to make sure that we closed as quickly as possible even when we ended up with some delays on the seller side. My buyers...

Poor communication. We did not use a realtor but im thinking we shouldve because the whole experience was exhausting. AJ was great though as soon as he had an update he shared it with us.
