It was great working with you. Thanks again for putting your trust in us.
Sales team advised us not to lock the rate then didn't contact us when rates rose and it was too late. Interest rate ended up being 0.5 higher than we were promise. Dishonest and unethical business practice.
Everything went smoothly. Thanks to my agent Renea Burgess.
