Very Efficient, Great communication and unbeatable customer service

Sales team advised us not to lock the rate then didn't contact us when rates rose and it was too late. Interest rate ended up being 0.5 higher than we were promise. Dishonest and unethical business practice.

Everything went smoothly. Thanks to my agent Renea Burgess.

Adam and his team was great! Answered all my questions in a timely matter. Process was smooth and very timely. Everyone was nice and very helpful.
