The unwillingness of the team to return a phone call. The underwriters lack of clarity for requests. Repeatedly supplying the same information.
this experience created one of the worst few weeks of my life And I feel like so much went wrong that could've been avoided. I trust CCM to take better care of my buyer clients than it did of me. I'm not happy About the experience whatsoever....

Lies after lies. Their quotes are about 2 grand off. They dont listen
When every other company would not take our loan you did and the process was seamless! I will definitely use you all again for our investment properties
