The process was easy granted they were a few bumps along the way, but was taken care of really quickly, and loan officer was very easy to talk with and answer all my questions.
The closing was not good. Documents were wrong and it took CrossCountry employees about 30 minutes to understand what needed to be corrected. Also, I had questions that needed to be answered and no one seemed to be able to explain it to me...
