The people I worked with were easily accessible and friendly. I also appreciated them messaging and calling to update me instead of me having to chase someone down for an update.

Adam was great, and Lisa was really good when they were available. My issues i believe stem from my original person/Lisa, left the company seemingly pushing back my loan after several.days on no communication.
